Job Description
Skyline is seeking an Assistant Resident Manager for a live-in apartment building. The role involves daily operations like building cleaning, administrative tasks, tenant service, and property management. The assistant manager will be responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and administrative duties to ensure a pleasant experience for tenants and a rentable property.
Requirements
- High School diploma or relevant three (3) years’ experience in cleaning.
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, e-mail/web).
- Knowledge of regional policies, industry standards, and municipal laws.
- Ability to lift 50lbs, bend, push and pull, and stand on stairs.
