The Assistant General Manager assists the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring a safe, secure, and high-quality guest experience. Responsibilities include overseeing employee performance, managing financial controls, ensuring food safety, and providing front-of-house hospitality.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- Customer service oriented
- Effective communication with staff and guests
- Certified in all employee positions (kitchen & front of house)
- 2+ years’ experience in restaurant management
- Valid driver’s license with current auto insurance
- Serv-Safe certification (preferred)
