Assistant Manager

The Assistant General Manager assists the General Manager in all areas of restaurant operations, ensuring safety, security, excellent customer service, quality, and financial performance. This role involves supervising employees, managing staff, maintaining financial controls, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The position requires a shift-based position supporting a growing restaurant.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 21 years of age
• Customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication skills
• Serv-Safe certification (preferred, with 6 months of hire/promotion)
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
