Requirements

• Experience leading engineering for complex systems and delivering measurable outcomes
• Familiarity with CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud environments
• Strong hands-on skills building services and APIs in a modern language
• Clear communication skills with executives and cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with secure software development and vulnerability defense
