Job Description
SkyGrid, a Boeing Company, is looking for a Simulation Engineer III to develop and own simulation tasks within an IPT structure. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with a solid technical understanding of simulation frameworks and collaborative workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in simulation development, systems integration, or similar technical domains
- Strong understanding of simulation frameworks, tools, and architectures
- Experience integrating third-party simulation tools and APIs
- Experience in software coding (using Python, C++, MATLAB / Simulink or equivalent languages) to build and test system simulation models
- Experience in documenting simulation and design artifacts as a formal handover to the development team for implementation and deployment
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills, with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
