Midweight Designer

We're looking for an experienced Midweight Designer to join our Creative Team at Skin + Me. This is a hybrid working role with three days a week in our Paddington HQ (Mon, Tue, Fri) and two days remote. You'll concept, execute and deliver artwork across both print and digital.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience as a Designer (midweight level)
• Passionate about producing high performing ads
• Strong portfolio showcasing campaign execution and digital-first thinking
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Premier Pro, After Effects for basic animation and video editing
• Experience producing print-ready artwork (packaging experience a big plus)
• Curiosity and a willingness to learn, especially around new creative tools
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and communication skills
• Ability to prioritise and work at pace within a fast-moving start-up environment
