Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of proven experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio.
- 3+ years of B2C experience.
- Previous experience leading design projects and mentoring junior designers.
- Proficient in design tools: Figma, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
