Lead UI Developer

Lead UI Developer role at Skillfield, a specialist technology consultancy operating at the intersection of cyber, data and AI. We are looking for a strong React developer to guide front-end development across enterprise-grade applications.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior or Lead UI Developer in enterprise or telecommunications environments.
• Deep expertise in React.js (v19), including hooks, context API, and component-driven architecture.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, ES6+, and state management tools
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with component libraries and tools like Storybook, Material UI, or Chakra UI.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Experience with CI/CD tools and Git workflows (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Gitlab, Azure DevOps).
• Exposure to modern tooling: Webpack, Vite, Babel, ESLint, Prettier, Jest, Cypress.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on inclusive team culture.
