Requirements
- Current studies in the field of engineering, economics, business administration, or comparable study programs.
- Theoretical knowledge of Lean management.
- First experience in the practical implementation of Lean management in production or administration.
- Refined use of MS Office programs.
- High degree of self-initiative, teamwork, and communication skills, as well as empathy.
- Independent and structured work style.
- Good German language skills in speech and writing at a negotiating level are required.
- Good English language skills in speech and writing.
