Job Description
Skello is a HR solution for planning daily operations and team success. They're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for their Barcelona office to recruit top talent for their Spanish team and improve hiring processes for their growing international hub.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a fast-growing tech company or a sales recruitment agency
- Native Spanish speaker and comfortable in English
- Sales mentality, proactive, and good at collaborating with hiring managers
