Principal Solution Architect

The Principal Solution Architect is a multifaceted role that encompasses advanced solution architecture and strategic guidance on Skedulo opportunities and implementation projects. They collaborate closely with sales to understand prospect requirements to design solutions and with project teams to drive successful project delivery, ensuring customers achieve their desired business outcomes.

Requirements

• Engaging with internal, customer and external stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
• Designing solutions to address requirements and ensure the best possible long-term outcomes for customers and Skedulo
• Providing expert advice on leveraging the Skedulo Platform effectively
• Writing Statements of Work (SOWs), technical design documentation and other documentation required to ensure high-quality delivery by the Skedulo professional services team.
• Providing support to the delivery team during implementation, ensuring that designs are correctly implemented and best practices are followed
