Job Description
We are looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer to join our Building Services team at one of our projects in London. You will be responsible for maintenance, response, and fault analysis of building operations, including electrical and mechanical services, plant, and systems.
Requirements
- Conduct PPM and planned maintenance, response, and fault analysis.
- Carry out fault finding and plant adjustments, check and inspect electrical/mechanical services, plant, and systems, and complete maintenance tasks in accordance with contract specification.
- Implement & comply with the procedures as detailed in the company’s Health & Safety Policies, Statutory obligations and in accordance with the Skanska IFE (Injury Free Environment).
- Ensure daily work sheets and maintenance & inspection records are completed and submitted on a timely basis.
