Requirements

• Completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable education
• Several years of experience as a construction manager in construction
• In-depth knowledge of VOB and experience in construction flow planning and calculation
• Assertiveness, organizational talent, and team ability
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working method
• Secure handling of MS Office and ideally Bausoftware (e.g. iTWO, MS Project)
