Job Description
Our client is a municipal property company in Essen looking for a Project Manager to take full control of construction projects from concept to handover. The role requires experience in project management, coordination, procurement, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, communicative, and possess a strong understanding of sustainable construction.
Requirements
- Completed degree in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification
- Years of experience in project management or the management of construction projects
- Sound knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (e.g. HOAI, VOB)
- Structured, problem-oriented working and honed communication skills
- Safe handling of MS Office and a driving license of class B
