We are looking for a Senior Consultant with a focus on process automation, agent-based AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs) to accompany leading companies in their digital transformation.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in RPA, AI, and ideally in the development of agent-based systems.
- Safe handling of Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) as well as experience with frameworks for LLM orchestration (e.g. Lang Chain, Semantic Kernel, Auto GPT).
- Deep understanding of RAG architectures (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), prompt engineering, and ideally fine-tuning models.
- Knowledge of planning, calculation, tendering, awarding, and construction documentation (Plan Radar).
- Experience with smart building technologies (e.g. laboratories), IoT control systems, and digital building management systems.
- Expertise in introducing digital platforms for space/resource management and their connection to KI services.
- Familiarity with industry software (e.g. BIM.5D, matDOC, BIM2Field/Field2).
- Fluent German and English. Study in (economic) informatics, civil engineering, or comparable.
- Reliable, self-reliant, and always up-to-date with the latest technologies.
