General Manager

Sixty Vines is a unique brand expanding nationally, bringing wine country to guests while reducing its carbon footprint. We're looking for a talented General Manager to provide exceptional Guest experiences and have a voice in the growth and development of the brand.

Requirements

• Create, present, and adjust yearly and quarterly operating plans
• Drive top-line sales performance
• Control costs
• Ensure proper labor management
• Maintain a safe and well-manicured restaurant
• Partner with the Chef de Cuisine to deliver a scratch culinary menu
• Lead the Bar Manager in curating an industry-leading small-batch craft cocktail and Tequila list
• Hire, train, and retain the best talent in the industry
• Develop team to own their Areas of Responsibility (AOR) and set standards of shift performance
• Lead all manager meetings with content including current restaurant sales and financial results
