Asset Based Finance Analyst

Sixth Street Asset Based Finance is seeking an Analyst for its market leading Asset Based Finance team. The Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, underwriting, and executing structured finance transactions across asset classes.

Requirements

• Conduct due diligence on investment opportunities
• Analyze and underwrite potential investments
• Assist in preparing investment committee memos
• Monitor positions on an ongoing basis
• Interface and negotiate with external counterparties
