Job Description
As a Team Lead Sales, you will recruit, supervise, and develop Sales Managers based in Spain, reporting to the Head of International Sales. You'll coach your team to top performance, provide guidance, and develop training and sales campaigns tailored to the Spanish market. The role involves regular travel to Spain and occasional demo calls to maintain product knowledge and effectively mentor your team.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of sales experience in outbound sales/business development.
- At least one year of leading experience in sales teams.
- In-depth understanding and hands-on experience in the Spanish market.
- Transparent, fair, and respectful communication skills.
- Organized and structured work style with adaptability.
- Native-level Spanish speaker and fluent in English (B2).
