Procurement Manager

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing all procurement activities to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services, focusing on vendor management, contract negotiation, cost optimization, and compliance with company policies and local regulations while supporting overall business objectives.

Requirements

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals and budget requirements
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve optimal pricing, quality, and delivery terms
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes including requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, and supplier performance
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with local and international vendors
• Monitor market trends, supplier risks, and cost drivers to identify opportunities for savings and efficiency
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and Saudi regulations
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as finance, operations, and project teams to forecast procurement needs
• Oversee contract management, renewals, and dispute resolution with suppliers
• Prepare procurement reports, cost analysis, and performance metrics for management review
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate procurement team members where applicable
