Job Description
The Vice President & Assistant General Counsel is a senior legal leader responsible for providing strategic counsel on all commercial aspects of global relocation services. This role focuses on enabling revenue growth while safeguarding the organization from legal and commercial risk.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor/equivalent degree and admission to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.
- 10+ years of progressive legal experience, with significant focus on commercial law and contract negotiation.
- Proven experience supporting revenue-generating activities in a global business environment.
- Strong understanding of risk management, compliance frameworks, and cross-border regulatory issues.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance legal risk with business objectives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
