The Global Assignment Consultant provides essential support to SIRVA's corporate clients by managing international assignees throughout the full lifecycle of their global assignment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of direct relocation experience
- OR 3 years of related customer service experience
- Knowledge of international assignment management and global business practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative solutions with minimal supervision
- High level of professionalism, business etiquette, and interpersonal skills
- PC proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and job-related systems
