Deputy Team Manager Customer Service & Meeting Room Sales (everyone is welcome)

We are looking for a Deputy Team Manager to support our Conference Management Team in leadership, motivation, and development. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for customer service, sales, and meeting room sales. Your tasks will include team and process support, sales and customer management, reporting and performance, process optimization, and day-to-day business operations.

Requirements

• Study in the field of business administration or comparable training
• Professional experience in customer service, sales, or conference management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical skills and understanding of sales strategies and market mechanisms
• Safe handling of CRM and BI tools (ideally Salesforce, Power BI)
