Job Description
Sioufas & Associates Law Firm is seeking a Billing Associate to join its Legal Services Division in Athens, Greece. The role involves supporting the issuance of invoices, data analysis, process improvement, and communication with internal teams and clients. Requirements
- University degree (AEI/TEI) or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in billing, invoicing, or a related analytical role.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, reporting) and proficiency in MS Office.
- Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems (e.g. Atlantis) and e-invoicing processes.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
- Professional Skills & Attributes: Organized, results-oriented, strong time-management skills, effective communicator, reliable and discreet, adaptable and able to handle pressure.
