Requirements
- Engage and interact with customers face to face
- Deliver given sales targets
- Liaise with customers on pre and post sales for Service signed related products
- Educate accurately and convincingly to customers on SingTel product
- Able to give advice to customers on customer’s needs on Singtel services like installation for Fibre
- Managed customer’s expectation for the service and installation
- Provide accurate and correct information for customers to compare our service with other Telecos
- Provide excellent follow up with customer on any enquiry
- Follow road show duty roster
- Attend sales meeting / training for the latest promotion
- Able to learn and provide excellent sales services in various sales environment
- Managed Sales leads from New Build Projects and Expats Program
