Job Description
NCS is a leading technology services firm seeking a Database Administrator to lead and manage database changes, participate in development projects, and ensure optimal performance and availability of databases. The role involves performance tuning, implementation of service continuity measures, and database design, as well as a strong team player and leader.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience in installation, configuration, & management of SQL Server databases
- Certification in SQL server
- 2 years of experience of Advanced to Expert skills in all the following: SQL Server Clustering & AlwaysOn Availability Group setup & management
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent bachelor certification
- Experience in setting up & managing of DB replication
- Experience in Oracle database installation & administration
