Senior / Manager (Support & Patient Operations - Crisis Planning & Operations), EGH Planning Office

Eastern General Hospital is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join the Crisis Planning & Operations team. The successful candidate will provide operational management direction and leadership for the department, designing and implementing crisis preparedness strategies, emergency response frameworks, and business continuity plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• At least 6 years of relevant experience
• Registered Fire Safety Manager (FSM) licence
• Prior experience in healthcare emergency preparedness and crisis management
• Additional certifications such as WSQ Emergency Response Management, WSQ Implement Incident Management Processes, and ISO 22301 (Business Continuity Management)
