Senior/ Associate Executive, Human Resource, Eastern General Hospital Planning Office

The Eastern General Hospital seeks a Senior/ Associate Executive, Human Resource to support the delivery of core HR operational and administrative services. The role will focus on accurate execution of employment lifecycle transactions, leave and benefits administration, and day-to-day HR administration.

Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline, preferably in Human Resource
• Minimum one year of relevant professional experience, preferably in large organisations
• Prior healthcare industry experience is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) required
• Good knowledge of employment legislation and regulatory requirements
• Meticulous with exceptional organisational skills and commitment to accuracy
• Resourceful team player capable of working independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
