The Executive will partner with assigned business units within Human Resources, providing strategic HR services, including recruitment, staffing, compensation, performance management, and employee relations. They will also participate in various HR projects. The role involves team collaboration and organizational skills.

Requirements

• Recognised Degree Business, Human Resource or its equivalent with at least 2 years’ relevant working experience
• Team player with good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good oral and written communication skills
