Job Description
Intern - SGX FX - Customer Success Management (Spring 2026, Feb to Jul) is an internship opportunity with the customer success management team, where you will learn about the FX market, client management, sales, and marketing.
Requirements
- Good command of English (must)
- Understanding of SaaS Cloud computing knowledge
- Good Microsoft skills including reporting, power pivot, data and detail oriented
- VBA skills / SQL skills and python scripting (added advantage)
- Good customer service skills
