Cargo - Cargo Sales Manager

The successful candidate will formulate marketing plans and set strategies to achieve department's operational KPIs, increasing loads, revenue, and profitability. He/She will identify new business prospects and develop potential market opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
• Solid marketing background and in-depth understanding of the local cargo, supply chain management, and logistics sector
• Proven leadership capabilities
• Independent and self-driven, with strong communication and interpersonal skills; a collaborative team player who can guide and motivate subordinates
• Confident and able to communicate effectively with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• A valid Class 3 driver's licence is an added advantage
