Singapore Airlines is seeking a senior leader to command our operational incident response and ensure rigorous compliance across all IT services.
Requirements
- Experience: 7-10 years in IT operations, with 3-5 years in a leadership role overseeing DevOps, ITSM, or compliance.
- Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in ITIL frameworks; DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Terraform, Kubernetes); and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure).
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-pressure situations, with exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
- Compliance: Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI-DSS), preferably within a highly regulated industry.
