SINE Digital is looking for a People & Talent Manager to lead HR and talent acquisition across the employee lifecycle for their London office, while also providing some support to their New York office. The role involves day-to-day HR administration, recruitment, employee relations, payroll and benefits administration, HR systems management, and people and culture initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a standalone People Manager within a generalist HR and Talent Management and role
- Strong end to end HR experience across onboarding/off boarding employee relations, performance management, payroll support, and HR administration
- Demonstrable experience managing recruitment and talent acquisition processes
- Confident advising and coaching managers on basic people matters, including performance, employee wellbeing, maternity, absences etc.
- Experience supporting payroll administration and employee benefits management
- Experience managing and maintaining a HRIS and ATS, with strong attention to data accuracy and reporting
- Experience supporting annual review and pay cycles, and contributing to training and development initiatives
- Up to date understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across the business
- CIPD qualified or working towards qualification preferred
