News Intern Winter/Spring

WSET News is seeking a Winter/Spring 2025-2026 News Intern, offering a unique opportunity to gain real-world newsroom experience. The intern will work closely with reporters, producers, and photographers, learning the production process from start to finish. This unpaid internship focuses on observational learning and hands-on training.

Requirements

• Attending an accredited college or university or recent college graduate
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to work approximately 15 hours per week for 10 weeks
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Willingness to work from Roanoke (Lynchburg), VA location
