Requirements
- Act as the primary point of contact for top-tier national and key digital accounts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, ad ops, creative, trafficking, and analytics teams.
- Lead client meetings, presenting campaign updates, performance insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance campaign performance, optimize strategy, and improve client retention.
- Educate clients and sales reps on digital products and the agency’s capabilities.
- Serve as a fulfillment advocate for the sales team.
- Deliver post-campaign reports and insights to clients and sales teams.
- Stay current on marketing trends and ad tech.
