Job Description
Sincere is seeking a Director of Ad Operations to lead and execute advertising strategy across mobile and web platforms for Punchbowl, Timehop, and Memento. This role focuses on revenue growth through partnership management, technical optimization, and data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, hands-on, and have a strong understanding of programmatic advertising.
Requirements
- 7+ years of programmatic advertising experience
- Deep knowledge of ad tech for display and video
- Hands-on experience implementing and optimizing ad networks and multi-platform delivery
- Strong partner management skills
- Data-driven mindset
- Entrepreneurial self-starter
