Job Description
SimpliGov is seeking a Head of AI Integration and Operations to lead the design, development, and rollout of AI-enabled tools and process improvements. The role involves architecting and executing AI-enabled solutions that connect business systems, normalize data, and optimize workflows across the organization.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technology leadership roles focused on business systems, integrations, or operations
- Strong understanding of AI tools (e.g., machine learning, NLP, RPA) & complex business systems, system integration technologies (APIs, ETL pipelines), and data platforms
- Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives with clear accountability for delivery, budgets, and measurable outcomes
