Technical Account Manager

Silverado Technologies is a woman-owned Information Technologies firm seeking a Technical Account Manager to manage client accounts, foster relationships, and drive sales initiatives. The TAM will serve as a liaison between Silverado and clients, leveraging Silverado's services to deliver innovative solutions and maintain client retention. This role requires a strategic thinker, problem solver, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Manage a book of business consisting of assigned accounts and clients.
• Become a trusted advisor for assigned clients on Silverado services.
• Research and prepare quotes for hardware and IT projects.
• Communicate and coordinate with the Business Development and Technical teams.
• Monitor key risk indicators and provide excellent service.
• Adapt to new situations quickly and maintain client satisfaction.
