Principal, Not-For-Profit Audit

Sikich is seeking a Principal, Not-For-Profit Audit to lead the NFP Northern Illinois Team, drive business development, and provide exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will have 15 years of experience in NFP industry, strong leadership and technical skills, and a strong ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and team management
• Technical experience in NFP Industry - 15 years, CPA required
• Strong business development and history of growth
• Strong knowledge of non-profit accounting standards and regulations.
• Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
