Lead Solution Architect (Tantus)

Lead Solution Architect position at Tantus, a Sikich Subsidiary, responsible for defining and governing end-to-end solution architectures across modernization, shared services, and security-focused initiatives. The role requires a senior technical authority with 12-15 years of progressive experience in solution architecture, systems engineering, or enterprise technology roles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
• 12–15 years of progressive experience in solution architecture, systems engineering, or enterprise technology roles.
• Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments (e.g., healthcare, public sector).
• Demonstrated experience designing and governing architectures across cloud-based, distributed, and security-sensitive environments.
• Strong understanding of modern development practices including agile delivery, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
• Proven ability to balance architectural rigor with pragmatic delivery needs.
