Job Description
SIHAMCO is seeking a talented Chef de Partie – Pastry to join their culinary team, specializing in traditional and modern Middle Eastern sweets and desserts. The ideal candidate will have strong pastry skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of Arabic confectionery techniques. They will produce a wide variety of pastries and desserts, maintain consistency, and collaborate with the Head Pastry Chef on menu development.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a professional pastry kitchen
- Proven expertise in traditional Arabic and Persian desserts
- Strong knowledge of sugar and syrup work
- Culinary diploma or relevant pastry certification (preferred)
- Good understanding of food safety standards
- Team player with strong responsibility and discipline
- Ability to follow recipes precisely
