Job Description
Significance, a woman-owned consulting firm, is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to lead the configuration, sustainment, and performance optimization of enterprise development and production environments. This role ensures system availability, security compliance, and operational continuity through proactive administration, Agile collaboration, and continuous improvement practices. The position is hybrid and requires an active Secret Clearance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- 7–10 years of experience in enterprise systems administration.
- Active IAT/IAM Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CySA+, CCNA Security).
- Demonstrated experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Oracle Exadata, and ZFS storage systems.
- Familiarity with DoD STIGs, RMF compliance, and cybersecurity best practices.
