Job Description
Significance, a woman-owned consulting firm, seeks a Navy Financial Analyst to support ERP+ financial process alignment. The role involves translating policy into operational requirements, ensuring reporting meets Navy Comptroller needs, and acting as a liaison between technical teams and financial stakeholders. This position requires leadership in financial improvement coordination, development of business cases, and coordination with client leadership.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of Navy budgeting, execution, and financial reporting
- Familiarity with U.S. Standard General Ledger (USSGL) and DoD Financial Management Regulation (FMR)
- Experience analyzing Unliquidated Obligations (ULOs), Unmatched Disbursements (UMDs), and other audit findings
- Ability to interpret and apply financial laws, regulations, and policies
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
- Secret Clearance
