Airside Experience Leader - SDL

As an Airside Experience Leader, you are responsible for guiding and supporting the Airside Experience team, ensuring exceptional services for aircraft, crew, cargo, and guests. This role requires a hands-on leadership approach, focusing on safety, customer service, and upholding company policies. The position involves overseeing airside operations, handling guest concerns, and acting as a primary escalation point for support. This is a flexible role including nights, weekends, and holidays, and working near active aircraft and equipment.

Requirements

• Monitor performance of Airside Experience Specialists.
• Coordinate, assign duties, and provide shift supervision to Airside Experience Specialists.
• Serve as a resource on guest service matters and escalation point.
• Operate ground service equipment.
• Maintain safe and secure facilities and equipment.
