Back End Software Engineer (.NET)

Signal Ocean is expanding its engineering team and looking for a Back-End Engineer with experience in C# to build high-quality digital solutions for the shipping industry.

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of C# development experience building real-world web applications of medium-to-large scale and complexity, preferably within.NET Core.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases (MSSQL, MongoDB) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework, Dapper).
• Practical knowledge of cloud environments, ideally Microsoft Azure.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Positive, collaborative approach to work and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (company’s working language).
• Familiarity with Agile practices, project management toolchains (e.g. JIRA).
