Job Description
Sigma Computing is seeking a Commercial Account Executive (CAE) Manager for the EMEA region. This role will lead a team of high-energy reps focused on delivering outstanding results for customers, driving revenue growth, and expanding the company’s footprint. The ideal candidate will be a passionate leader, collaborator, and trusted advisor. They will lead a team of up to 2000 employees and work in an innovative, mission-driven environment.
Requirements
- Experience managing a successful commercial sales team in a B2B SaaS/software company (or experience in a velocity B2B SaaS sales role)
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with a hands-on approach
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative, results-driven mindset with the ability to influence and inspire
