Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 2 or more years of relevant experience
- Exposure to technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals and/or publications
- Basic understanding technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals and/or publications
- Basic understanding of hardware and soldering techniques, technical data and everyday tools
- Knowledge of the principles of electronics, refrigeration, hydraulics, power generation, reciprocating engines (gasoline and diesel), gas turbine engines, pneumatics and heating
- Some skills in servicing, inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing and performing preventive maintenance on motor and engine-driven generator sets, air conditioners, hydraulic test stands, air compressors, bomb lifts, heaters and other similar support equipment
