Job Description
Sidley Austin LLP is seeking an AI Literacy Associate Director to design, launch, and improve their firmwide AI Literacy program for lawyers and business professionals. This role focuses on blending AI governance, change management, instructional design, and executive communication to scale practical AI proficiency across the firm. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert capable of presenting and demonstrating AI to clients and partners.
Requirements
- Develop and drive the AI Literacy vision, roadmap, and operating plan
- Organize and grow engagement programs
- Act as a subject matter expert to design and produce AI training materials
- Partner with internal teams on Responsible AI implementation and policies
- Track adoption metrics and ROI
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering and Marketing teams
