We are seeking a Global Sales Enablement Manager to develop, coach, and support our global sales team. Responsibilities include scheduling and overseeing all training programs, identifying training needs, and ensuring new employees receive proper training.
Requirements
- Design, build, and implement a comprehensive sales enablement program
- Partner with Sales Leadership to identify knowledge and skills gaps
- Conduct ongoing needs assessments and roll out targeted programs
- Develop and launch sales enablement programs with Product Management and Product Marketing
- Ensure skills, knowledge, and sales readiness of sales organization
- Craft and run sales enablement tools and enablement materials
- Identify and spotlight repeatable standard methodologies
- Build and own the sales enablement content in our Learning Management System
