Recruiter (On-site)

As a Recruiter, you will manage the end-to-end hiring process across EMEA, focusing on bulk recruitment for gaming – Player Support, Linguistic QA, Functionality QA, and other support roles in Europe. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in gaming, tech, or outsourcing
• Experience with high-volume / bulk hiring in a fast-paced environment
• Strong pipeline management skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written)
• Experience recruiting across EMEA markets
• Data-driven approach to reporting and decision-making
