Job Description
Side is seeking an HR Executive to manage HR operations, including onboarding, performance management, records management, and employee policies. The role involves assisting in payroll, performing performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in HR operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with HR software and databases
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow
